Lauren matthews home accepts returns of unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged products for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

Returns after 14 days will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Purchases made online can be returned via post for a full refund or you can bring it into store for an exchange or credit note. You must bring a copy of your online purchase reference email with you.

We do not accept returns of Earrings, Food Items and Gift Cards.
